Job Title: Internal Sales Leader

We're seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Internal Sales Leader to be a key player in our success story. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing general sales duties.
Report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure timely deliveries.
Deliver exceptional sales support across multiple accounts, managing end-to-end relationships and aligning brand strategies with business objectives.
Some interstate and regional travel may be required.
Proven time management and organisational skills.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in wholesale and/or retail sales.
Solid technical background in bikes ( road/mtb disciplines) 
Understanding of the sports/bicycle industries.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Proactive and driven, exceeding goals and expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
